Our services and products are provided subject to the following terms and conditions.
Please ensure that you read the following carefully as it will be deemed that you have accepted these terms by visiting our site and purchasing from us.
1. Payment
The payment method through our online store is by credit card or PayPal. Your payment will be processed upon receipt of your order. The credit cards that are accepted from time to time will be described on the website. A surcharge may apply for the use of certain credit cards, and where this is the case this will also be described on the website.
You agree to pay the purchase price specified on the website at the time that you place your order for the purchase of a Product, and any applicable shipping charges based on the shipping options selected by you.
2. Warranty and Guarantee
We place the highest importance on supplying your order correctly and that it is of acceptable quality. If we have supplied it incorrectly or it is of unacceptable quality, we will either replace it with the correct item or refund the full cost of your order plus any costs associated with returning it to us. Refunds/replacements/credits cannot be arranged until we have received and inspected the returned order.
3. Delivery and Handling
Orders are shipped by Australia Post to your nominated residential or business address unless advised otherwise. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are despatched within 3 business days. An extra 10 - 15 days should be allowed for delivery outside Australia.
Every effort is made to quote accurate delivery times. You will receive advice on unexpected changes to our production time via email. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for transit or other delays outside our control.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
In countries other than Australia or New Zealand, your order may be subject to the customs fees, import duties and taxes of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. International delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to customs clearance delays.
ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
Please ensure deliveries are inspected for obvious transit damage. Claims for damage in transit must be supported by your conditional acceptance of delivery receipt from the courier noting the damage which has occurred.
4. Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind or simply don’t like the product you purchased online, you can return it for an exchange, credit or refund, less the shipping cost. Please ensure you use a trackable or signed-for delivery service such as registered post, as we cannot credit your account until the item has been received.
If the item you wish to return is faulty, we will require either photo proof of the faulty item or provide you with a stamped, self-addressed post pack in which to return the item. You will then be offered a replacement for the faulty item or a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method, e.g. your credit card, PayPal account or store credit.
If for any reason a product you have ordered is not available or out of stock, we will also refund you via PayPal or offer you a store credit to the same value, and in this case, any shipping costs will be refunded.
Please note: We are unable to return or exchange an item that is not being returned or exchanged by the original purchaser.
5. Cancellation of orders
We may cancel an order that has already been accepted if we suspect that you are acting fraudulently (such as using a credit card without proper authorisation) or in breach of these terms.
We endeavour to avoid pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and we may also cancel an order that it has accepted in such circumstances.
Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in a Product being unavailable. If there is a delay in shipping your order we will contact you by email as soon as possible to advise you of the reason for the delay. If this occurs, you may cancel your order at any time prior to when we ship the product to you.
You may also cancel an order if we are in breach of these terms.
6. Website Variations
We may from time to time and without notice, vary, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any or all of this Website.
7. Privacy Policy
Please be assured that we recognise the importance of privacy. We will only seek information that is required to conduct our business. Your personal information is collected to enable us to process orders, deliver goods and/ or to inform you of special promotions.
Please note that we do not store any financial details (credit & debit card information) of our customers.
If you receive any promotional material from us and do not wish to do so, simply click 'unsubscribe'. We will not disclose, sell or trade your personal information to any third parties, other than third party suppliers in the delivery of goods you have agreed to, or when legally required.
In using this Website, you may give us personal information in which you have certain rights. By using this Website, you grant us consent to use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which forms a part of these terms and conditions.
8. Security
When purchasing from Square Circles Art Supplies, card details are transmitted through a secure server using PayPal. Card data is not hosted by Square Circles Art Supplies after processing.
9. Copyright
All Square Circles Art Supplies designs are subject to copyright. This includes but is not limited to: artworks, text, images, graphics and logos owned by us. If this is breached we will seek further action. The contents of our website are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not permitted by the owners of Square Circles Art Supplies.
10. General
Neither party will be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of that party.
